Facilities Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Facilities for the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of facility-related projects, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers for project installations and upgrades while minimizing operational disruptions
• Manage project documentation, including technical reviews, cost tracking, and change orders, while providing regular status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse automation environments
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and scheduling software
• Proficiency in project budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor coordination
• PMP certification preferred, along with experience in conveyor systems or automated material handling
