Facilities Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Facilities for the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and budgeting of facility-related projects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure project delivery with minimal disruption
• Track project costs, manage change orders, and provide regular status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience in industrial, logistics, or related environments
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and scheduling software
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and estimating
• PMP certification preferred
