Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Project Manager to lead the execution of new site openings and facilities projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project execution aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the lifecycle execution of new site openings, managing timelines for construction, permitting, and operational readiness
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate updates, risks, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, or multi-site operational projects
  • At least 1 Project management certification (PMP, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience in Healthcare or regulated environments, supporting multi-site expansion initiatives
  • Strong vendor management experience and proficiency with systems such as Jira and Confluence
