Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Property Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs of store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for store locations
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee cost-effective solutions
  • Support strategic departmental initiatives and be available on-call during nights and weekends
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction, facilities management, project management, or trades
  • Preferred: 2 or 4-year degree
  • Preferred: RFMP certification
  • Preferred: BOMA certification
