Facilities Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a global leader in specialty chemicals, the full-time Facilities Senior Analyst will serve as the primary facilities management resource for the Waukegan site, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor relationships, service agreements, and compliance at the Waukegan site
• Oversee work order management processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting
• Monitor and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Facilities Management experience in a corporate or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience managing facilities budgets and financial reporting
• Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of work order management systems and maintenance processes
