Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Facilities department, the full-time salaried Facilities Services Manager will ensure efficient facilities services, regulatory compliance, and management of a housekeeping team while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine maintenance and operations to ensure smooth facility functionality
• Coordinate work orders and vendor relationships for timely repairs and maintenance
• Oversee inventory and supply management for medical and housekeeping needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 4 years of experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care
• Compliance with the company's mandatory vaccination policy
