Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Facilities Services Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and coach Facility Coordinators
• Supervise up to 6 direct reports and manage their development
• Track individual and team performance KPIs and generate related reports

Required Qualifications

• Vocational or technical education preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience required
• 10 additional years of experience considered in lieu of a degree
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred
• Experience building and supervising a remote team
