Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Activation Operations Associate to support and enhance relationships with clinical facility partners.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to educate new clinical facility partners on the platform and assist with adoption
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for facility partners
Suggest process improvements for facility onboarding and collaborate with marketing to develop effective materials

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive mindset
Experience with HubSpot, Excel, Tableau, and JIRA is a strong plus
Passionate about improving patient outcomes in healthcare
