Facility Commissions Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of complex facility commission calculations, the full-time remote Facility Commissions Supervisor will supervise staff, ensure accurate commission payments, and collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise team members and delegate tasks to ensure timely processing of contractual commitments
• Analyze commission calculations and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues
• Audit commission rates and financial terms to ensure accuracy in accordance with contractual agreements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 8-10 years of business experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in complex commission calculations and general ledger reconciliation
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable systems and processes
