Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Condition Assessment Report QC Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review facility condition and asset data for content, structure, and quality, identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and metrics for client deliverables
• Identify and rectify errors within datasets and recommend improvements to existing processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA/AS), College Diploma, or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of three years of related experience
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical equipment and features
