Job Summary

Supporting the facility management team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Facility Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and administrative functions to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general facility management support and monitor daily office operations
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors, and submit and track work orders
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members while assisting in training new team members on procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, facilities, property management, or customer service
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
