Facility Data Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Facility Data Manager, the full-time remote position will manage facility-related data management processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while supporting operational efficiency across NASA's Office of Strategic Infrastructure Facilities and Real Estate Division.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for facility data management practices and standards
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support operational decisions and performance monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Facility Management, Data Management, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in systems engineering, data management, or maintenance and operations
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data analytics tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data management
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a NASA background investigation
