Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lean Architect-Facility Design Expert to lead the design and planning of a 250,000 sq. ft. injection molding facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed layout plans and engineering drawings for the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with clients to understand operational needs and create efficient facility designs
• Utilize CAD software and modeling tools to produce high-quality design deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino)
• In-depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing facilities
• Proven experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Prior experience designing industrial or manufacturing facilities, preferably injection molding
