Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizes and maintains project financial documentation and filing systems
  • Communicates with project managers regarding budget adherence and project status
  • Prepares and analyzes various project reports and manages individual assignments
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (two years of related work experience may substitute)
  • Five years of experience in Excel and administrative support duties
  • Proficient PC skills, effective typing, and data entry skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • No specific licensure or certification required
