Job Summary

Supporting the USPS Account Program Management Office, the full-time remote Assistant Facility Manager will manage high-volume daily communications, oversee vendor performance, and generate reports to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily communication with USPS clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate operations
  • Oversee the vehicle washing application and monitor vendor compliance with service requirements
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain documentation for program activities to ensure consistency
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a facility coordinator, project coordinator, or similar operational support role
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating activities requiring vendor management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships
