Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians, the full-time IFM Operations Manager will provide operational support, ensure compliance with various requirements, and drive efficiency improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and training programs while maintaining process documentation and playbooks
  • Conduct audits and partner with service line leaders to analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Drive best practices and operational excellence initiatives across IFM teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial property management or facility management
  • Strong background in financial reporting and contract review
  • Experience in managing and developing teams
  • Preferred experience with CMMS/work order management
