Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee retail branch operations remotely in Kansas City, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of financial service locations and manage a team
  • Conduct analysis, reporting, and budgeting for facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with facility standards and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management with a bachelor's degree, or 12 years of experience without a degree
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to supervise vendor performance and manage multiple facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CMMS Supervisory
  • Experience in a matrix management organization is preferred
