Facility Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Manager to coordinate facility management services and ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process work orders and invoicing through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Coordinate vendors to manage client requests and oversee maintenance and repair services
• Perform facility condition inspections and support capital budget development and management

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work order processing
• Background in facility management, property management, or building operations
• Strong vendor management and procurement administration capabilities
• Knowledge of building systems and facility condition assessment techniques
• Experience with budget development and project management
