Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities activities for their client's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution and provide facilities helpdesk services
  • Hire, train, and monitor vendor performance while coordinating outside contractors for service completion
  • Develop client relationships and provide regular status updates while ensuring timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
  • 3+ years of facilities management experience
  • Experience managing multiple vendors for work order management and capital projects
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or related fields is a plus
