Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities activities for their client's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution and provide facilities helpdesk services
- Hire, train, and assess vendor performance while coordinating outside contractors for service completion
- Develop client relationships and provide regular status updates while ensuring timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
- 3+ years of facilities management experience
- Experience managing multiple vendors for work order management and capital projects
- Client relationship management skills
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or related fields is a plus
