Facility Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of maintenance technicians, the full-time Sr. Facility Manager will ensure the proper operation and maintenance of building systems and equipment in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee and execute preventative maintenance and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion using a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and repairs of building systems
• 3 years of experience supervising technicians
• High school diploma and completion of technical or trade school
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver's license
