Job Summary
Leading the delivery of best-in-class facilities management operations, the full-time Facility Manager Operations will develop and implement standardized processes for a retail banking portfolio while working remotely to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities management
- Partner with FM teams and retail banking operations to align priorities and enhance collaboration
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives by optimizing workflows and ensuring best practices are applied consistently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate real estate
- Proven ability to develop process documentation and training materials for facilities management operations
- Strong analytical skills, including expense management and KPI-driven performance evaluation
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with FM teams to implement processes and measure performance outcomes
- Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and integrate them into FM operational processes
