Facility Manager - TX Licensed

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing facilities management in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Facility Manager - TX Licensed will manage plant operations teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain financial performance while supporting quality facility management services across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations teams, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance, financial, and compliance programs
• Accountable for financial performance related to operational facilities spending and adherence to established budgets
• Ensure staff training in facility maintenance practices and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, plant operations, or maintenance supervision
• Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing technical and administrative staff
• Proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems and MS Office
• Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off hours
