Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Manager of Facility Operations, the full-time remote position will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of corporate facilities, managing building systems and a dedicated maintenance team while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, inspection, and repair of facility equipment, including HVAC and emergency power systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance
• Manage employees, vendors, and contractors, ensuring adherence to site requirements and deadlines

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers or hospitals
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, emergency power systems, and electrical distribution
• Experience supervising technicians in high-uptime environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and equipment schematics
• EPA 608 certification required within 90 days of hire
