Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Outpatient Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review hospital OP facility OBS and Ambulatory Surgery medical records and properly code the charts
• Meet or exceed high quality and productivity standards to provide exceptional coding services
• Communicate and collaborate with inpatient coders and managers to address client needs

Required Qualifications

• Current CCS, RHIA, RHIT through AHIMA or CPC through AAPC coding credentials
• 3 or more years of OBS and ambulatory surgery facility coding experience
• Access to high-speed internet and workstation
• Epic experience is a plus
• Candidates must reside within the United States
