Facility QA Supervisor (RHIT, RHIA, CCS)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility QA Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and productivity of the inpatient coding quality review team
• Answer coding questions and review performance, including time off approvals and performance reviews
• Deliver QA reports to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree)
• Active credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS
• 5+ years of inpatient and/or outpatient coding experience at an acute care hospital
• Prior management experience
• Auditing experience preferred
