Facility Security Manager - Virginia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Security Senior Manager - Public Sector (Cleared).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight and compliance of the industrial security program for Public Sector Professional Services
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and training programs for handling classified information
• Serve as the primary liaison with Government security officials and assist in investigations involving security violations

Required Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Industrial Security
• 3+ years of experience in an FSO or AFSO role, including work with classified programs and Government contracts
• Extensive knowledge of security programs in compliance with NISPOM and Intelligence Community Directives
• Ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits
