Facility Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer who will manage and coordinate security compliance with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee DoD facility clearance and manage security documentation
• Investigate security incidents and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Provide security support and guidance to personnel and manage security training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of experience in security management
• Must possess and maintain a minimum of a Secret clearance and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance
• Prior Department of Energy security experience is required
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM and other relevant DoD security guidelines
• Experience with emergency preparedness and contingency planning
