Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the industrial security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and maintaining relationships with security authorities
• Oversee personnel security lifecycle activities and act as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official
• Lead incident response for security events and align industrial security with cyber and compliance programs

Required Qualifications and Education

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
• 10+ years of experience as an FSO in a DCSA-cleared facility or equivalent security role
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and government contract security execution
• Hands-on experience with NBIS, DISS, and NISS systems
• Completion of an FSO Program Management Course (or equivalent) required
