Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Officer (FSO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all security aspects of work performed under the contract and ensure compliance with DoD and Service regulations
• Maintain the contractor's SECRET facility security clearance and manage personnel clearances
• Develop and implement an OPSEC Program Plan and support CMMC efforts throughout contract performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of professional experience in security management
• Experience in a security management role within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or a cleared contractor environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Minimum of 18 years of professional experience related to the labor category in lieu of degree
• Secret Clearance is required
