Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFM Vendor Coordinator to oversee vendor compliance and communication while supporting facility activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee vendor compliance and communication, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Manage vendor verification programs and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Assist with budgetary requests, work order oversight, and coordination of maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Associates degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision
