Job Summary
A company is looking for an IFM Vendor Coordinator to oversee vendor compliance and communication while supporting facility activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor compliance and communication, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Manage vendor verification programs and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Assist with budgetary requests, work order oversight, and coordination of maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associates degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision
