Job Summary
As the central point of contact for skilled nursing facility clients and their vendors, the full-time Facility Vendor Services Coordinator will manage communications, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for all inquiries from facilities and vendors, providing timely and professional responses
- Meticulously track requests, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution of issues
- Assist with onboarding new vendors, monitor invoice approval status, and ensure timely execution of payment processing cycles
Required qualifications:
- High proficiency in English (B2, C1, or C2 level), both written and spoken
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Chicago Time (Central Standard Time)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
