Factor Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Factor Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing payments and reconcile client and debtor accounts
• Trace transactions, identify discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments
• Respond to inquiries, research and resolve discrepancies, and communicate resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years of blended accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and show initiative
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
