Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty Developer (Senior Special Program Coordinator) to support faculty professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty
• Provide personalized support, coaching, and feedback to instructors on effective teaching practices
• Manage logistics for CTLI events and programs, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, pedagogy, or a related field
• At least three years of experience working with higher education faculty to improve teaching
• Experience designing and delivering professional development programs for faculty
• At least two years of college-level teaching experience, preferably in a community college
• Knowledge of educational technologies and digital accessibility standards
