Job Summary
To support faculty development initiatives for Air Force Global College instructional personnel, the full-time Faculty Development Instructor will deliver training on online teaching best practices and educational technologies in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver faculty development training to contractor and government instructors
- Facilitate instructional sessions focused on online teaching best practices and learning technologies
- Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions for instructional staff
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Leadership, Adult Learning, or a related field
- Experience teaching or training adult learners
- Experience facilitating professional development programs
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning technologies
- Ability to coach and mentor instructional personnel
