Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty Manager to lead a team in its Instructor Led Training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor faculty members
• Conduct regular faculty team meetings and performance evaluations
• Manage faculty professional development and provide curriculum feedback

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid certification in the relevant field
• Prior teaching experience in corporate training, especially for adult learners
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience teaching online is preferred
