Job Summary
Supporting and leading faculty within the Instructor-Led Training department, the full-time Faculty Manager with AAPC Certification will manage onboarding, coaching, and performance oversight of instructors in a remote environment while ensuring a consistent quality standard and a strong student experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries and class-related needs
- Conduct faculty onboarding, evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance effectiveness and consistency
- Monitor faculty performance and student feedback to ensure quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- Current and valid AAPC certification
- Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education
- 3+ years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading or mentoring instructors preferred
