Job Summary

Supporting and leading faculty within the Instructor-Led Training department, the full-time Faculty Manager with AAPC Certification will manage onboarding, coaching, and performance oversight of instructors in a remote environment while ensuring a consistent quality standard and a strong student experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries and class-related needs
  • Conduct faculty onboarding, evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance effectiveness and consistency
  • Monitor faculty performance and student feedback to ensure quality standards are met
Required qualifications
  • Current and valid AAPC certification
  • Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education
  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring instructors preferred
