Job Summary
Supporting the faculty career lifecycle, the full-time Faculty Personnel Services Manager will manage recruitment, appointment administration, and data management for the College of Arts & Sciences Dean's Office, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee faculty recruitment processes, including contract preparation, onboarding, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate faculty personnel actions such as contract renewals, promotions, and leave processing while maintaining accurate records
- Manage faculty data tracking and reporting, ensuring integrity and compliance with accreditation requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in higher education administration, human resources, or faculty affairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and maintain data integrity across platforms
- Experience advising stakeholders on faculty processes and compliance
