Job Summary
To support faculty recruitment and onboarding, the temporary, full-time Faculty Relations Specialist II will process approvals for adjunct and full-time faculty, coordinate teaching requests, and audit faculty records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the posting and management of faculty positions, including candidate workflow and onboarding activities
- Assist with the approval process for teaching requests and maintain accurate faculty records across systems
- Run reports to audit faculty time entries and ensure compliance with payroll processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, human resources, or administrative services
- Demonstrated ability to perform Faculty Relations Specialist I duties
- Familiarity with database systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting
- Previous experience in higher education and knowledge of university policies is desirable
