Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty Training Specialist to lead faculty development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative training programs tailored to faculty needs
• Oversee comprehensive onboarding programs for new faculty and develop on-demand training content
• Lead the training and integration of educational technologies and oversee Faculty Development Week events

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of higher education teaching experience
• 1+ years of faculty management, dean, or programmatic leadership experience
