Fair Banking Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Fair & Responsible Banking (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Fair & Responsible Banking governance framework
• Provide leadership and guidance on Fair and Responsible Banking issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Oversee compliance assessments and performance evaluations related to fair lending and community reinvestment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking and compliance functions; CRCM certification preferred
• 15+ years of experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment
• High level of professionalism and ability to communicate with all management levels
• Proven ability to apply laws to business practices and assess compliance risk
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
