Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fair Lending Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor compliance with Fair Lending laws through data analysis and reporting
Review marketing materials and analyze complaint data for potential compliance issues
Collaborate with Compliance Partners and business units to report results and implement control enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Law related fields preferred
5 years of comparable work experience
Experience in fair lending laws and regulations, statistical analysis, and reporting in lending settings
Experience with fair lending analytic tools
Native or professional proficiency in Spanish a plus
