A company is looking for a Fair Lending Quality HMDA Data Sr. Compliance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute testing and continuous monitoring to evaluate HMDA compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilize data analysis tools to assess HMDA risks and evaluate controls
• Recommend improvements to business processes to mitigate HMDA compliance risk

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, CRCM a plus
• 2-3 years of HMDA Compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management
• Autonomous, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
