Family Building Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Family Building Consultant will engage with clients remotely, educating them on frozen donor egg options, managing customer relationships throughout their family-building journey, and achieving sales goals in the fertility industry.

Key responsibilities

• Educates families on frozen donor egg plan options and facilitates informed decision-making
• Partners with clients from initial contact through contract and financing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Achieves sales and operational goals through proactive lead conversion and exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; French is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
