Family Building Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time Family Building Consultant will engage with families to educate them on frozen donor egg options, manage client relationships throughout their journey, and achieve sales goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Educates families on their frozen donor egg plan options and adapts recommendations based on client needs
• Delivers superior client service through inbound and outbound communications while maintaining client privacy
• Achieves sales and operational goals by effectively managing lead conversion and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or fertility
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; French is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
