Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of families, the full-time Family Care Associate will guide clients through their care journey, focusing on onboarding, training, and ongoing support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing relationships with families, providing guidance through onboarding and care milestones
  • Investigate and resolve family concerns, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure effective communication and resolution
  • Track progress and maintain accurate documentation while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Patient Navigation, or related fields
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and handling escalations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
