Family Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Enrollment Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain programs, services, and tuition to families to help them make informed enrollment decisions
• Nurture leads and assist families through the enrollment process via inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain accurate customer records and process tuition payments securely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, sales, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1-year direct selling experience
• Proven experience supporting families with complex enrollment requirements
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM solutions preferred
• Commitment to a Monday-Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm EST
