Family Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Enrollment Supervisor to oversee the Family Enrollment Counselor team and manage enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators and manage daily operations of the Family Enrollment Counselor team
• Analyze data to identify productivity concerns and support team development through coaching and regular meetings
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and maintain strong communication with leadership regarding team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated consultative sales experience and management of high-volume call metrics
• Proven experience supporting families with complex enrollment requirements
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 365 suite
