Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Enrollment Specialist - Call Center CSR.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year degree is a plus
• Self-motivated with a dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emotional situations
• Basic data entry and billing experience are helpful
