Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
  • Coordinate issue resolution with providers and payers, including claims adjustments and grievances
  • Provide proactive care guidance and education on health care inquiries and available resources
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-year associate's degree in healthcare/health sciences or equivalent experience in healthcare
  • Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
  • Previous roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician are preferred
  • Experience resolving high-level customer service issues
